Scouts take over Down Camp & Biggin Hill Airport

Check out the cool pictures of our Scout section camping at Down Scout Campsite in Kent, This is based a stones throw from Biggin Hill Airport and we got a VIP tour of the airport, going “airside” to have a go in the huge fire tenders used to tackle plane fires. It was possibly the coolest camp activity ever! The Scouts also undertook loads of activities, including climbing, rifle shooting and cooked all their own meals over open fires that they set themselves.
