Cub Camp at Downe Scout Centre – June 2018

In June 2018, the Cubs took over Downe and had a brilliant weekend at their survival camp. The weekend consisted of tracking, shelter building, fire lighting, an obstacle course, climbing wall and grass sledging. The Cubs tried a variety of food including some insects, which actually tasted quite nice. The tents were named after famous survival experts and the camp gave the Cubs an insight in to what it is like going back to nature. Browse the images below.
